These Terms & Conditions (also referred to as our Terms of Service) govern your access to and use of the DRAV website and your purchase of any products from us. By browsing the site or placing an order, you confirm that you accept these terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. An order is only confirmed once we accept it and prepare it for dispatch. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including where:

• the item is out of stock or no longer available;
• there is an error in the product description or price;
• we suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorised activity; or
• the delivery address is outside our serviceable area.

If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you will receive a full refund for that order.

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

We take care to price products correctly, but errors can occur. If we discover a pricing error on an item you have ordered, we will contact you and give you the choice to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. We currently accept Cash on Delivery and direct bank transfer as described at checkout.

We work hard to display our products accurately. However, colours, textures, and fit may appear slightly different depending on your screen and lighting. Minor variations do not amount to a defect. Product images are for illustration; the item you receive may differ slightly from the photographs.

Your rights and our process for returns, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations are set out in our Refund Policy, Exchange & Return Policy, and Cancellation Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms.

All content on this website — including the DRAV name, logo, designs, graphics, product photography, and text — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of it for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

When using our website, you agree not to:

• use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data;
• interfere with the site's operation or introduce malicious code; or
• place orders using false, stolen, or another person's details.

Our products are provided to you on the basis of the descriptions and policies published on this site. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or products.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, and this clause does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Pakistani law.

You agree to indemnify and hold DRAV harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the website.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page, with the "last updated" date shown at the top, applies to your order at the time you place it. Please review this page periodically.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
